Protocols

It gives me a great pleasure to welcome you all pupils, students, parents, friends and well-

wishers to this simple but very historic event.

It is simple in that you might have attended similar events in the past but it is historic as it is the very first of its kind for this school.

We came into this community with no pupil or student but to the glory of God our first term is wrapping up with about 40 children.

Let me first acknowledge the father of all nations, the foundation of all success. The stimulus that inspired the message of quality teaching using me as His medium with my husband, children, mentors including the board chairman mentors including the board chairman and my wonderful teachers as channels of actualization.

Let me equally acknowledge and appreciate the parents for entrusting the well-being and future of their children in our virgin but professionally matured hands.

Fad Maestro International school in concrete terms resumed on 27th of July, 2016

with four teachers, Seyi Balogun, Azeez Oladipupo,

Mrs. Esther Segun and Miss Tosin Oloruntola. Three assistant teachers; Mrs. Bolanle Ogunlusi, Akinlolu Fadugba,

Bose Fadugba and myself. I should thank my driver Moses Samson for his untiring efforts.

Gladly now we have Mrs. Ada, Miss Patience, Mr Francis, Mrs.

Adeniyi. Let me also thank Margaret and Queen our house assistants for their contributions.

We started with a free summer programme with a record of 138 children giving us hope that our vision is real.

At Fad Maestro International school, our vision is to be an outstanding institution which is an embodiment of excellence, moral uprightness and integrity.

Our mission is to build generations of academically excellent and self-reliant youth, nurtured to uphold moral values and integrity.

The driving force is not to extort but to build. It is not to exploit but to be socially relevant and responsible.

Let me on behalf of the entire team pledge that we shall not disappoint ourselves and all those who have reposed their confidence in us.

For the staff, I want to encourage us to sustain our sense of duty which we have displayed as the management will continue to promote a conducive teaching and learning environment. We shall continue to tailor our teaching to be in line with the approved government curriculum for our children to stand out among their peers in external examinations.

The management has put in place the basic things to enhance teaching and learning and these will be improved upon as the need arises. For my mentors in nurturing this vision, particularly Dr Ayodele Johnson, my mate at the NIJ in 1986, Proprietor of Tourch of Knowledge, Igbo-Elerin and Fola Adekeye of Champion schools in Magboro, I say thank you.
